Harold graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Advertising Art & Design.
His work has been published in various watercolor books by Northlight Press, including:

His painting, "Racing the Storm" was included in "25 Years of Watercolor In Oregon" presented by the Oregon Historical Society.
Harold is a signature member of the National Watercolor Society and the Northwest Watercolor Society
